Stop Shooting Yourself in the Foot!

Sometimes I am truly amazed at the amount of effort we put in to jeopardize ourselves, to stand in our own way and do the exact opposite of that which we really want to manifest. We'll have to be a bit more watchful because often we do tend to shoot ourselves in the foot.
